Domiciliary Care

We provide support workers for domiciliary care and cover a range of services to support an individual in their own home. Palliative Care

PLUS Recruitment understands that living with a terminal disease is never easy, but our palliative care team strives to help you make the most of every second. Giving you peace of mind at this difficult time is our only objective, which is why our nurses are on hand 24 hours a day. We tailor our service to your needs, as a terminal illness can take its toll both mentally and physically, but we are here to provide you expert medical care to guide and support you through difficult times. On call nurses will visit you as often as you need and even live-in if required for family support. We know that living with an incurable illness is incredibly tough, so our palliative care specialists will take the time to know you and help decide the level of care you need from our team of healthcare professionals, being clinical or just emotional support. Also, we continuously update your care package to give you as much space or support as you need when going through this difficult time.

We work with local authorities including Clinical Commissioning Groups of respective local areas. Through CCGs and local authorities we are making a positive impact on the lives of local patients and population.

Prisons

We supply nurses including prison nurses to HM Prisons. Our candidates are competent to work within the prison healthcare system to meet the needs of all prisoners/patients and show initiative and leadership as required within the framework of the rules and provided certain criteria are met. We are greatly in need of prison certified staff to continue our top level service.

Our Recruitment options

Ad Hoc Placement

Majority of our candidates are placed as ad hoc or temporary staff. Our temporary workers completely fall under the responsibility of PLUS Recruitment. We cover all payments to the candidate.

Temp-to-Perm Placement

Temp-to-perm placements are similar to adhoc placements. There may be circumstances when an employer wishes to change a temporary worker’s contract into a permanent one.
